Section 1

Nature of Assessments

All assessments published by AgentGoverning are verified against the Agent Governance Standard v2.1 (AGS v2.1). Assessment results reflect performance against the specific dimensions, test cases, and scoring methodology defined within that standard.

Important: AgentGoverning assessments do not constitute regulatory compliance certification. An AGS v2.1 assessment attests to performance against the published standard only. It does not certify compliance with any statutory, regulatory, or industry-specific requirement in any jurisdiction.

Section 2

Reliance

Assessment results are published for informational purposes. No third party may place reliance upon any AgentGoverning assessment, score, certificate, or publication without undertaking independent verification appropriate to their specific circumstances.

AgentGoverning assessments are not a substitute for professional advice. Organisations considering reliance on assessment results for procurement, regulatory, or governance decisions should obtain independent professional advice appropriate to their requirements.

Section 3

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of AgentGoverning (and its operators, directors, employees, and agents) arising out of or in connection with any assessment, certification, score, publication, or use of this website shall be limited to the fee paid by the assessed party for the specific assessment giving rise to the claim.

Liability cap: In no event shall liability exceed the fee paid for the assessment to which the claim relates. Where no fee was paid, liability shall be limited to zero.

AgentGoverning shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or reputational harm, howsoever arising.

Section 4

No Warranty

All assessments, scores, certifications, publications, and materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.

AgentGoverning disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability, and non-infringement. No representation or warranty is made that assessment results will meet any particular requirement or expectation.

Section 5

Methodology Changes

AgentGoverning reserves the right to update, amend, or replace the test methodology, scoring criteria, dimension definitions, and assessment procedures at any time. Changes to the standard follow the published versioning and amendment process.

Historical assessment results are labelled with the standard version against which they were conducted. A change in methodology may result in different scores for the same platform when reassessed against an updated version of the standard.

Section 6

Conflict of Interest Disclosure

AgentGoverning is operated by Imperium Business Intelligence Ltd. Andrew Hoyle, director of Imperium Business Intelligence Ltd, also operates Agent Shield, a commercial AI governance platform listed on this leaderboard. This relationship is fully disclosed. The test methodology is applied identically to all platforms.

AgentGoverning is committed to transparency in all matters relating to potential conflicts of interest. Any material relationships that could reasonably be perceived as influencing the objectivity of assessments will be disclosed publicly and prominently.

Section 7

Governing Law

These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms of use.
