Anti-pattern: Logging only refusals. Some implementations log only the interactions where the agent refused a request, treating refusals as the only audit-worthy events. Any gap in data freshness should trigger temporary suspension of specific electoral logistics responses, not fallback to training-data responses.
News and media operators deploying AI writing assistants or content generation tools must implement election-sensitive topic governance with particular attention to Section 4.5 (candidate and party representation controls). The generation of draft news content about elections is not exempt from these requirements; human editorial review of AI-generated electoral content must be a documented mandatory step, not an aspirational practice.
