Score Disclaimer

All scores published by AgentGoverning reflect performance against the Agent Governance Standard v2.1 (AGS v2.1) only. Scores are derived from the specific test methodology, dimension weightings, and assessment procedures defined within the published standard.

Scores do not represent an overall assessment of a platform's quality, suitability, security posture, or fitness for any particular purpose. A high AGS v2.1 score does not guarantee the absence of vulnerabilities, governance failures, or regulatory non-compliance. A low score does not necessarily indicate that a platform is unsuitable for deployment.

Estimated Scores Disclaimer

Estimated scores are clearly labelled as unverified. These scores are based on publicly available architecture information, documentation, and observable platform behaviour. They have not been verified through direct assessment of the platform.

Estimated scores are provided for informational purposes only and may differ materially from scores obtained through formal verification. Vendors are invited to submit their platforms for formal assessment at any time. Estimated scores are updated periodically as new public information becomes available.

No reliance should be placed on estimated scores for procurement, compliance, or governance decisions.

The AgentGoverning leaderboard displays platforms that have been assessed or estimated against AGS v2.1. The absence of a platform from the leaderboard does not imply any assessment of that platform's capabilities, governance posture, or suitability.

Inclusion on the leaderboard does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or approval by AgentGoverning. Leaderboard position reflects AGS v2.1 performance only and should not be interpreted as a ranking of overall platform quality or commercial viability.

Certificates issued by AgentGoverning attest to performance verified against AGS v2.1 only. Certification does not constitute:

Not regulatory compliance. AGS v2.1 certification does not certify compliance with the EU AI Act, FCA requirements, DORA, NIST frameworks, PRA rules, or any other statutory or regulatory requirement.

Not a guarantee. Certification does not guarantee the ongoing performance, security, or governance posture of the assessed platform beyond the point-in-time assessment.

Not an endorsement. Certification does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or approval of the certified platform by AgentGoverning.

AgentGoverning publishes alignment references mapping AGS v2.1 dimensions to external frameworks including OWASP, MITRE ATLAS, EU AI Act, FCA, DORA, NIST, MLCommons, UK AISI, and PRA requirements.

These alignment references are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute approval, endorsement, or recognition by the publishers of those frameworks. Framework alignment mapping reflects AgentGoverning's independent analysis and interpretation of the relationship between AGS v2.1 dimensions and external framework requirements.

Organisations should not treat AGS v2.1 framework alignment references as a substitute for independent assessment of their obligations under any specific regulatory framework.
