AGS V2.1 GOVERNANCE

Qualified Appeal Reviewers

Independent advisors commissioned for dispute appeals under the AGS Score Dispute Process.

Governed by: Score Dispute Process v1.0, Appeal section
Appeal reviews are billed to Imperium. They do not depend on disputing-party payment.

How Appeal Review Works

When a disputing party appeals a final determination under the Score Dispute Process, the appeal is reviewed by an external advisor — not by the AGS Author who made the original determination. This ensures that appeals receive independent scrutiny during the period before the Independent Dispute Resolution Panel (targeted for Q1 2027) is established.

Reviewer Qualifications

Qualified reviewers are individuals with demonstrable expertise in at least two of the following domains:

  • AI governance, risk management, or compliance (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, EU AI Act)
  • Information security assessment or audit (ISO 27001, SOC 2, penetration testing)
  • Financial services technology regulation (FCA, PRA, MiFID II, DORA)
  • Standards body governance or methodology design
  • Academic research in AI safety, alignment, or trustworthiness

Current Reviewer Panel

The qualified reviewer panel is being assembled for AGS v2.2. Expressions of interest from qualified individuals are welcomed at disputes@agentgoverning.com with subject line "REVIEWER INTEREST".

Reviewer names and credentials will be published here upon appointment. Each appeal's assigned reviewer is named in the Public Dispute Register entry.

Independence Requirements

Reviewers must have no commercial relationship with Imperium Business Intelligence Ltd, with Agent Shield, or with the platform whose score is under appeal. Conflicts of interest are disclosed before appointment and recorded in the dispute register.
